Turpial is a great Twitter client for Linux which we covered before. The latest 1.3.2 version finally added English (as well as other languages) but there was a very annoying bug - when you tried to close the application, it froze and the only way to exit Turpial was to kill it via command line.
But this bug was finally fixed in the latest 1.3.2 beta 2 version.
To install Turpial 1.3.2 beta 2, use the following commands (Ubuntu Karmic, Lucid and Maverick):
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:effie-jayx/turpial-devel
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install turpial
